The communication with the property owner was exceptional and when we made a last minute change of plans to bring our dog, Jana was flexible with the payment and even had dog treats waiting. We will use this property on every trip to Hot Springs if it’s available. ”

The house was in dire need of paint and TLC updates. My husband found a cockroach in the main bathroom our last night. I would not recommend this property,”
