“We like going to Grand Harbor Resort bc it has a great location - river walk, aquarium, etc. Park needs to be refreshed and rooms (bathroom specifically) need to be cleaned better. Our last room was very dusty and toilet seat was not clean. I usually wipe all surfaces so I had to do it thoroughly this time given the above-mentioned.”

“There was only one hand towel and one wash cloth. Bathtub very slippery. Suggest safety strips and a safety rail. Bed was very comfortable. Room (508) had a bit of an odd smell.
Staff so nice, so professional, so helpful. I did not dine in hotel. Room amenities good. I appreciated the robes, the full length mirror and the makeup mirror. Shower cap would be nice.
Enjoyed my stay. 4 star for sure. Did not enjoy having to self park in garage across the street ”

“Our stay was terrible. The room had tile flooring which was cold and made the room echo. The trim around the bottom of the bathroom wall was coming off. The shower drain was so clogged that you were standing in water about an inch or two above your ankle. We did,however, keep getting told by the person that checked us in that we had a private patio. It was winter time and it faced the parking lot. We will never stay there again. ”
