"We had done booking through your platform and made payment as well but next day morning we received call from them saying that they are sold out and they will shift our booking to other hotel where they had book cheaper rooms. I had to argue for almost half an hour at midnight at 12 as manager was not available on phone to get similar catagory of rooms which we had paid for. Also today i had to give them proof of payment to prove how much I had paid. Eventually i received their message saying OK...
