Hotel staff were eXcellent. Especially Ms Miabi who generously gave her reservation to us. So kind. Arigato Ms Miabi. Huni restaurant also great with reservation required. Easy electronic check in and check out with codes for room and late bldg entrance. Very convenient. No keys or cards required. "
