I was allowed to check in early with no hassle/extra fees. The staff were always friendly and helpful if I needed anything, but the welcome book provided so much information that I rarely needed to ask questions. "

"We had a lovely short stay at the whitecliff holiday park. Facilities are great, some free acrivities for the kids but paid for ones are a resonable price. Pools are great, the outdoor pool heated (although don't expect it to be too warm). Lovely location too. There is access to the beach on site but the walk is very steep so not suitable if you're a bit unsteady on your feet. Bembridge beach isnt far though and is a nice part pebble part sand beach but good for a few hours. We had a lovely stay and would definitely go back to the site"

"We stayed in an appartment across from the hotel. Very good spot for beach and transport. Was very clean but needed plenty of updating. Rotton window in bathroom which also looked very tired. The whole room did need a re vamp but served us very well."
