The room and bathroom were small but clean, and the bed was comfortable. We were on the ground floor and had probably the only room with only a partial sea view. Half of the view was the restaurant. Very well located , everything was great as advertised. The host is very responsive and gives great directions as it’s self check in . It can get tricky if you need their parking space since it has a gate , you need to retrieve the key from the apartment 1st then park . There is a back door that connects the parking to the building so you don’t need to walk around the building to enter the property by the front door .

This was an excellent place to stay in Opatija, right on the water with easy access to swim in the sea, but also with an indoor pool (opening glass ceiling for nice weather) for gloomy days. Easy access to walking through town and restaurants. Amazing breakfast buffet with a variety of foods, very service oriented staff along with a prosecco greeting at check in. Rooms we updated and clean. Can't recommend enough.

This is the most helpful hotel we have ever stayed in. The staff is beyond amazing and courteous. The location is in the heart of old town Rovinj which is stunning. My husband got sick and the restaurant for breakfast brought food up to our room for no charge. That is SERVICE! I would move in and make this my retirement home if I could. I wish we had stayed longer. This hotel is 5 stars for a much cheaper price. It is an absolute steal!!
