"Christopher was the best host! Not only is he helpful with suggestions of where to go, he recommended excellent restaurants. Our room was huge with a balcony. Casa Alice has a pool that is lovely. We loved having bikes to use for free ( reserve ahead) and the 12 minute walk to Rovinc. Highly recommend ..."

"If you are going to Istria it the best hotel that you can find Location (30 min form Pula Air by car, 5 min City Center, 5 min from Park and beach) View (butifull view from any part of the hotel on Old Town) Free Self and Valet Parking Delicious Breakfast from 6:30 till 12:00 Large rooms with Large private balconis with view Luxury cosmetics Free water and coffee in room Very good staff and service - Long corridors - Translucent walls in the bathroom"

"The environmental aspects of the property could be improved. Stop using one use plastic tubes for the bathroom gels etc. - use refillable instead. Encourage guests to keep towels rather than change daily - flag up/encourage option at least. More environmental awareness raising etc would be good."

"Hotel was clean even if it is not brand new. Food was good as well. Prices for drinks and food at restaurant was a bit to high each shouldn’t be like that. Reception people i will rate very poor. Tried to ask few questions but relation and response was cold and not helpful. In general swimming pool, kids entertainment and other activities was brilliant."
