Great experience here at Sunset Residence Rovinj. Very friendly staff and easy check in. Room was very clean with a large balcony and impressive bathrooms. Would recommend staying here while visiting Rovinj.

Location is close to the Center of Rovinj but also very quiet. You walk about 150 m to be at the harbour line. Very modern building, parking close to the house. Our room was very clean and modern. We enjoyed our stay at this location and surely can recommend it.

Room was clean when we arrived and check in was easy. We spend 5 nights and once got our towels changed. Service was ok for a residence. If you are expecting a hotel this is not a thing. Location was good and area was silent.

Walkable to Old Town

The Sunset Residence was nice and good location. The bathroom sink was extremely small so water ended up on the floor but overall a nice place.

The room is tiny, barely enough to laid down our two suitcases. No table and no bottle water. Check-in and parking are away from the property. Extra Euro 15 for overnight parking, a bit expensive.Good thing is the location which is only 5-10 minutes away from the harbour and old town.

Great hotel

Loved our stay at the hotel. Service was excellent. Clean, modern room. It is within walking distance to restaurants and the Old Town. Convenient parking. We had a GPS in the car to help find the hotel. Not easy to find street names. Check in and out is not at the hotel so make sure you are able to call Avora management at their number. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend. 😊

Sunset Residence is a nice-looking building with multiple units, we stayed at the top floor with a balcony. Since the roof is sloped it feels a bit crowded. Room is clean with everything needed. The communication through WhatsApp is very easy and prompt. The parking is at 10 minutes walk away, but transportation is provided which is great service.

Highly responsive and reliable staff: Only thing that could have been explained better was how to obtain the key after doing the online booking. The description made it sound as if the guests would have to check in and get the key from the main office first to then head to the actual property. It was not specified someone would bring the key, therefore we ended up booking first at a hotel To avoid the hassle (since we had no car). Maybe also offer a late check in option for a fee? Both properties I stayed at were amazing. Thank you!!!

Great location, staff were friendly and beds comfortable. I was not able to get in touch prior to arrival, potentially an issue with Hotels.com but i did also try messaging directly to the whatsapp number on the property's own website and still no reply. Needs more attention on cleaning, walls and ceilings in my room had a lot of swished bugs and dirty hand marks. Lights by bed were broken and coming off wall.

A brand new apartment in the best area of Rovinj, just near the main beach. A comfortable process of check-in — you leave the car at the reception center then you are driven to the property. The price of parking is lower than public parking in the city.
