"Staff were friendly and very helpful. Breakfast bar was plentiful and food good. Bar food was also very good. Hotel is wheelchair-friendly with entrance ramp as well as inside ramps and accessible lavatories. Property is only 6 minutes from the port by taxi. Good experience overall!"

"The pool has literal lumps of black dirt on the tiles, it hasn’t been cleaned for a long time. The jacuzzi is the same temperature as the pool and also dirty. No shower facilities after the “swim” Run down hotel, breakfast staff were just there, never said good morning, no interaction from any staff actually. Won’t be staying there again. "

"Lovely hotel within walking distance of Esplanade and town centre. Staff are very friendly and helpful, nothing was a bother. Outdoor pool and sun terrace was a fantastic addition as we were lucky with the weather, the terrace was a real sun trap. Our room was on the top floor, at the front of the hotel, it was very warm with no air con which made it hard to sleep at night, not sure what it would be like in the hight of summer.
