“Room was very hot - could do with blinds to reduce glare - curtains were very heavy and if closed no air movement in room. Fans supplied were noisy. Perhaps lighter quilts for the warmer weather ? Stairs are quite steep and narrow and exit from stairwell to each floor awkward to negotiate. Quality of food especially in the evening very disappointing !”
