"Rummet var inte helt rent och i väldigt dåligt/gammalt skick. Bemötandet i restaurangen och vid poolen var toppen, men i receptionen fruktansvärd. De kunde inte rekommendera någonting utöver hotellets restaurang och när vi bad dem kontakta polisen efter att vi hade bevittnat ett slagsmål med yxor (!!!) precis utanför porten skakade de bara på huvudet. "I stayed with my family in the Christmas Eve at this hotel. This was my second visit, 17 years after our honeymoon at the same venue. Courtesy of the staff at the front office needs to be upgraded. Restaurant staff was great. Good food. Initially given a deteriorated room but immediately changed upon request.
