“The condo is in a nice neighborhood close to major shopping areas and restaurants. The staff are very friendly and helpful. If you have a car or bike, they have convenient parking in shaded area and out front. Gym is also well equipped. The only downside during my stay was a foul smell from one of the bathrooms.”

However, there is one area that needs improvement: cleanliness and attention to detail. In the room, I found footprints on the floor, hair stuck to the bathroom wall, and stains at the bottom of the toilet bowl. There were also tea stains on the cups and trays. Similarly, in the restaurant, the tea cups, trays, and spoons were not perfectly clean. I hope you can pay more attention……

“The room was not ready when we opened the door, had to call down to get it cleaned, the hallways and corridors are filthy, the one-bedroom suite is well set up, the cooktop was an induction cooktop but no induction cookware at all. Staff was good, BUT the day before we left at 10 a,m one of the staff members walked into our room without knocking, apparently he was in the wrong room, luckily for us, my wife and I were not being naked and intimate on the sofa again at that time.
