There is a radio station tower on top, and I actually encountered several workers when I got to the top, they have to hike up also each time they have to work on the tower. Great views of the lake and mountains. There are a couple of places to park right beside the mountain. Watch out for the irrigation canal and stay away from it when it is running, it has a syphon that will suck you under and drown you.
