"The room was not clean. There was a stain on the bedspread. Outside on the balcony, the armchair was torn and there was no cover for it, so I couldn’t sit on it. The chairs outside were also very dirty, and there was a terrible smell on the balcony. The table outside was broken. Inside, there was also a problem with the toilet—every time I used it and came out, water would be left all over the floor."

""I recently had an amazing stay at Hamra Urban Gardens in Beirut. The vibe of the hotel is incredibly unique—it’s the perfect blend of urban cool and traditional Lebanese hospitality. The rooftop pool is a sanctuary in the middle of Hamra, and the whole place feels like a vibrant community. However, what truly made this trip unforgettable was the incredible people I was with. I want to extend a special thanks to Hossam, Fadia, Wessam And Samer. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to experience the true heart and soul of Beirut!""
