We encountered Hurricaine Melissa and got stranded in Exuma but not too worry because Fina was ever so accommodating as usual and we had no worries!! "Everything was wonderful during our stay in Exuma. Communication was smooth, making the process so easy. If we had any questions or concerns, we had an almost immediate response from Jack. The kayaks provided were wonderful, our group of 9 used them almost daily. The house is completely stocked with all things, including beach items such as chairs, coolers, and goggles. I would highly recommend you give this place a look. Our party of 9 was very comfortable and had everything we could possibly need! I intend to be back very soon. Thanks Jack!!!"

"We had an amazing time staying at Aqua Vista! The home is super comfortable and the hosts are very attentive. We enjoyed the home so much that we had a bit of a hard time leaving to explore the island. That said, we did make it to the northern and southern most points of Exuma. This is a fantastic place to experience! If you are considering a trip here, you won’t regret this stay! We most definitely plan on coming back and staying at AquaVista!"

"Parking was easy and secure, property is far out from shops but the hotel has everything you need. A shop and nice restaurant, a pool and beach access, so if you wanted to stay on property you can. I absolutely love this place and will definitely be returning."

"We had a wonderful time at this property. We had 5 adults and 2 children and space for everyone to have privacy. The pictures and information were very accurate. The owner provided detailed information for local restaurants and points of interest. The beach was private and beautiful. We loved the kayaks and the pool. As stated it is a remote place- about 45 minutes from Georgetown, but again it made for privacy. Due to our travel dates many local restaurants on little Exuma end were closed for the season. We had two meals catered. I highly recommend Chef Vandera- amazing food!!If I had a draw back it would be the distance from town but it was mainly due to our travel dates and the closing of nearby restaurants. This is not a negative to the property- I can not recommend this house enough. Tropic of Cancer beach was walking distance. When we go back to Exuma we will definitely be returning to this property! "

"Our stay was AMAZING! Stayed at one of the ocean view cottages and the room was perfect. Huge bathroom and amazing balcony with lounge style chairs to sit back and enjoy the night, stars and sounds of the ocean! The restaurant was AMAZING. The food was really good and fresh made to order. I recommend the peas and rice with lobster and shrimp dish they have! "

"The property is on one of the nicest beaches anywhere. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The cottages are right on the beach. The cottages are well thought out for a family of 4 with 2 double beds and 2 singles. "
