“Host NEVER communicated and we didn't get a keycode! We had to sleep in our truck because there were no hotel rooms available in that town.( and we were locked out of our VRBO) I called her cell and messaged her through VRBO and she didn't respond until two days after our check in date, at 1am! I have never had such a horrible experience on VRBO! I had to sit on hold with the VRBO 800 number for over 45 mins while they attempted to contact the host for me days later”

“The host was very friendly and helpful. The apartment is clean, spacious with three beds and has everything in it. The host could improve a couple of items: add more toilet paper, more coffee as there were only three cups and we stayed for a whole week. He could also help reduce dome loud noise from upstairs”
