"People are very kind and really try to give there best, but it sometime fall short. For examples, at the restaurant, the dishes are not that cleaned, or even though the people have good intentions, you do wait a lot for things to happen. The other thing was the towels; i know they were cleaned, but you can see that deep, they still have stains. It just leave you with a 'ah' feeling!"
