“Although I payed in advance the hotel for. 4 nights for 4 people they insisted that they did not receive the money from Expedia and threatend us with the police if we would leave. We were treated as if we were criminals. They did not open the mails Expedia had sent so when we arrived our accomodation was not ready because they did not expect guests. We were the only guests in the hotel! We asked a few times for the manager but he never turned up. We asked his pnonenumber. At first we received a……

“Property, location & staff were very nice. Be careful they don’t force a guide on you though. They tried to force one on me and it was a bit of a nightmare. Made my stay unenjoyable. I think most of the food, including the baked goods were frozen. If you ask for lunch to go, make sure you ask the price first. They wanted to charge me $40 for two cheese sandwiches, some sausages and some cookies. Hotel.com reached out to the owner a few times about another issue and I believe they hang up……

“This was a very good hotel with helpful staff. It had a bar on-site which was nice for a drink but could be a noise problem for staff. The breakfast was fine.”
