"Clean room and staff"

"The staff was very helpful. Food was very good and the pool area was a very nice place to gather."

"Such a bad thing to receive guests during renovation. A lot of noise. Poor quality of food, yet the price is too high. It’s a rig off. Won’t recommend. Should be removed from expedia’s Hotel recommendations."

"nice and good place "

"A bit old but the price and location and breakfast were great. "

"It was a nice hotel, Near market and mcdonalds & walkable locations"

"Since we arrived, our suite was occupied by other people.. which’s not convenient to us and we have to find 2 different rooms instead of one room because we were a family of 4 people !. The responsible was a quite good by making sure we were satisfied. AC wasn’t functioning properly !. Specially in our suite !. Service was outstanding , specially I would shout out to Youssef, Youness, Jalal and Hicham a big thanks for their service !. Food in the breakfast was delicious but we ordered a dinner...

"The riad is pretty average. Staff is also average. What ruined my experience is that they have a caged bird in the main area of the riad who has no stimulation (no toys or anything) and only has 1 perch. The bird is stuck there sitting on a single perch all day with nothing to do, no sunshine, no enrichment, just stuck. Really ruined the vibe for me, I felt really bad for that bird. If you try to go in the pool, the bird tries to get your attention so someone can play with it. Just very sad....

"The hotel is close to main train station and city center, poor breakfast, Expensive rate. "

"This is an amazing family owned and managed by the warmest sweetest most helpful family. The rooftop terraces, breakfast and location is very convenient"

"Non of the staff spoke any English. The room was clean but the AC temperature wasn’t adjustable. The options were off or 16C. The hotel is located in the center of the city so you can find everything you need on foot. There was plenty of parking space in front of the hotel. "

"Loved our stay in this beautiful Riad, the staff was wonderful, highly recommend it"

"The staff at the hotel (frontdesk, porter and breakfast) are friendly. However the staff at the restaurants are very unprofessional. There is a big pool in the hotel that is open to public, very dirty. At least there is a smaller one on the other side for hotel guest only. Make sure to ask for the moroccan style tooms that are far better than the european ones. But all the rooms and the whole is in very bad condition. Too bad because the site is beautiful."

"Location was good, close to major sites. Never knew there was a pool: was never presented with a visit of the riad. Room was okay. Breakfast was basic; very hard to get coffee refill as lady was serving/cleaning/taking care of checkout. Basically a good option for a quick stay!"

"Fantastically comfortable bed and clean room. Great breakfast. Friendly, helpful staff and a perfect location for exploring the Medina and other sites"

"The room was clean and comfortable The shower was comfortable and the bathroom was clean Nice hot water "

"Great place, nicely appointed and very attentive staff."

"I paid for 3 rooms via Expedia, but they only had reservations for 2. I'll need to work it out w the manager tomorrow."

"Our family of four stayed one brief night in Riad Meknes as a stopover during a drive from Tangier to Merzouga. While we didn’t have too much time in Meknès or the riad itself, we did enjoy both the town and riad. Our room was spacious and we loved the lovely decor throughout the riad and the interesting layout. We had a quick dip in the pool and wished we’d had more time to use the garden courtyard. We did get lost in the medina while trying to find the riad to check in - and Google maps had...
