“Terrible hotel that literally gives preferential treatment to gringos and neglect service to Ecuadorian citizens. They should be more equal and fair with their service. A paying customer should have equal rights and treatment despite independent of their skin complexion. I waited with my wife and baby for service while gringos were attended by numerous waiters. We were completely neglected though still American with Hispanic physical traits. They definitely profile ppl and practice preferential……

“I want to give this place 5 stars sooo bad but we had giants above us and non stop all night the walls would shake, I am not exaggerating we thought the ceiling and the lights were going to fall off. We got maybe an hour of sleep- you can hear everything-cars, people talking, dogs etc plus whoever was above us moved all the time and all night. Staff was amazing beyond amazing. The hotel itself soo gorgeous.”
