My second time staying here. I liked it so much the first time i came back. Awesome people.

A well deserved 4 star rating. Located just back from a large street feet from Bus & Tram stops. The young lady at the front desk gave us directions to great restaurants nearby that served many local dishes. The only minor issue we had was that since it is not located directly on the street they need a bigger sign pointing to the hotel .

Normally I never write a review because it sounds like advertising. However I have to break this norm due to the excellent and warm service I experienced in this hotel. We are a group of three from Hong Kong and stayed in Park Lane Hotel for two nights. Quite honestly we did not expect much seeing the boreholes on the street. The hotel staff were amazing. There was a mix up with my reservation, but they sorted it out quickly and were very nice about the whole thing. On top of that, they even upgraded me. The room was spacious and comfortable. Very clean, nice bed, strong wifi, tv, etc... The location of the hotel is on a quiet side street, but it is less than five minutes walk from one of the major cross streets of Chisinau's downtown, very convenient. The location is good. We had a room with a small balcony that allowed us to step outside. The room faced a small street with activity and restaurants, coffee shops, and grocery store nearby. The curtains blocked daylight and the room was quiet.

Courteous and friendly staff. Room was clean and very pleasant. Some street noise during the afternoon but quiet during the night. Smart TV! No problems. I will be happy to stay here again.

This wonderful place is just a 100meters away from the Embassy. The staff go out of their way to accommodate you. The best service I’ve ever had staying in Chis. Breakfast was amazing, room was super clean cozy and comfortable. I highly recommend the room with terrace it’s beautiful!!
