“Breakfast is great ”

“這是一個服務品質很好的酒店，從進門口開始起的接待以及警衛、到櫃台的服務人員以及每天在走道上遇到的工作人員，都可以感受到很友善、充滿笑容的服務；該有的設施包含游泳池/健身房也都有，早餐選擇很多，另外我特別喜歡位在頂樓的Lounge，環境好又價格合理。 酒店的對面就是公園，周遭也很多餐廳，算是很方便有很安全的地方！”

“The room is clean, the bed is cozy...the price is good for traveler!”

“Staff friendly. Lobby better than room. Towels a bit yellow but consumables are o.k. Swimming pool small but reasonable. Massage and spa best among all. Taste of breakfast fairly well but too little. Can come to enjoy next time. ”

“Perfect stay at Bugana, the villa was well set up and lots of room for a family of four. We never had a bad meal and the choice for breakfast had something for everyone. The pool overlooks the beach so it’s very easy to keep an eye on the kids, but our favourite part was the staff so friendly and helpful. We will defiantly be staying again. ”

“We stayed for 2 nights and booked 2 rooms for our stay. Property is nice surrounded by lots of trees, flowers and they have an organic vegetable garden, however, summer in Philippines is hot. Air conditioning is good however you need the room key to start it. So when away and coming back, it will take a bit of time to get the room to a comfortable temperature. Quite a good selection for the buffet breakfast. One of our room has some issues and staff was so accommodating and move us to……

“When we got checked in, the toilet wasn’t flushing, the phone isn’t working, when we locked the door because we have to go out, they said they have no key that works. We rented 2 rooms good for 6 each but they only gave us 2 cups. When we ate out, the manager had a bad attitude toward us. The staffs are trying their best to help us but their boss is terrible. There’s oveall problem with the system.”

“This resort is a must stay right on beautiful Sugar Berach. They have themed rooms and architecture throughout the property which makes it interesting to explore. The pools are very clean and clear which makes it easy to stay in them for hours. The beach furniture and the hammocks are comfortable. The food is exceptional and rivals top restaurants anywhere with menu items from all over the world. And the beach and ocean are world class as Sugar Beach is famous for. Forget Bohol, stay here……

“服務不錯，地點也算方便！ 剛進到大廳的時候覺得非常的氣派，實際辦理入住的時候才發現到我選的是在本館的套房° 服務人員耐心地跟我解說內容，可能是我的語文能力還不夠好，沒有辦法完全理解。再者，比較可惜的是並沒有跟我說是否可以使用本管的餐飲服務等等，所以我入住的這幾天就沒有特別過去享用他們的餐點° 入住後，房間算乾淨，設備比較基本，但是基本上該有的毛巾都有，只是毛巾有一點髒髒的感覺，不知道是不是因為房間的燈光比較昏暗的關係° 洗澡水柱稍微弱了一點，因為沒有準備室內拖鞋，腳濕濕的踩到房間會覺得有一種滑滑、黏黏的感覺，之後就去買了一雙室內拖鞋了…冷氣會涼，但是聲音稍微大聲° 小插曲是，我一開始拿到的房卡根本無法進入房間，再告知櫃檯後，你處理了兩三次才完成，但服務人員還是非常有耐心的幫我解決這個問題！”
