One hour before arrival (still without a mail) we contacted the host on Whatsapp, without any respons. After that, we arrived at the house, and there was still nobody to let us into our room. So we called our host, and the host told us she would be there in maximum one hour. We waited outside for almost two hours, before she finally arrived. The check in process went...

"Saubere modern eingerichtete Wohnung, aber sehr eng schlecht ausgestattete Küchenzeile. Ich kann mir nicht vorstellen, wie man dort kochen soll. Probleme beim einchecken beziehungsweise es war niemand vor Ort. Erst nach mehrmaligen Telefonaten erreichen wir die Eigentümer."
