“This loft apartment is located right on the square. Not only is the location absolutely perfect but the home is really special. It is new construction in a historic building with gorgeous windows, stylish furniture, a great kitchen and bathroom, and a comfortable king sized bed in the bedroom. Motorized shades, electric fireplaces and giant TVs make the perfect ambiance for watching an episode of The Vampire Diaries after touring all the filming locations around town. “We absolutely loved our stay! This was our first Air B&B stay and I think we have now been spoiled. The Host seriously thought of everything. We were greeted by a basket of chocolate candy! There were toiletries, so if you forget shampoo, no worries. There were K cups for coffee, even a sponge for dishes and a USB port adapter. Don’t worry if you bring your dog, they even provide doggy bags, towels to wipe off feet and a gated yard to run free. I loved the ease of logging onto the WiFi. There……

“the property allows events however she did not have the price of guest allowed stated on the original post, and its 50 per person who comes in, and not at a time. she threatened to call the authorities because we had one friend come to the house and leave and then another came, only 3 people in the house. she tried to charge me for 8 people (600) and then 200 for cleaning because there was a couple of grocery bags of trash (she supplied ONE trash bag) and there were drinks in the refrigerator.”
