"In general the hotel is okay, but it is missing quite a few things which would make it a whole lot better. Breakfast could have more variety, eg some yoghurt and choice of fresh fruits instead of a plate full of just one, bad luck if you happen not to like it. Some more basic toiletries like shampoo and soap would be appreciated, the toothbrushes were pointless. I felt really unwelcome when we arrived late at night. "This is a beautiful property with great amenities. The room was fantastic with an amazing view of the ocean. The pool area is wonderful with plenty of seating and lots of shade. The restaurant is excellent, both for breakfast and also for other meals. The best thing about this property is the staff. Everyone who works there is friendly and welcoming, and do everything they can to make it a great experience. One staff member in particular, Tien, was wonderful to deal with. She checked us in and kept in contact to see if there was anything that we required or any questions she could answer. Highly recommend a stay at this hotel."
