“Tad’s unit exceeded our expectations.. large, well equipped, tastefully decorated . Communication with the owner was thorough and fast. The beach is stunning.. baby powder sand and always loungers available. Pool area was also nice and never crowded. At the villa there was a nice barbecue and 2 outdoor seating areas. Bery enjoyable!”

“A great location. The beach is off the patio. Fabulous seating area on the dune. Clean and comfortable. If you are looking for a no frills location with a great AC, StarLink, new appliances, gas grill and large televisions. This is your place. Nick is a great, responsive and helpful host. Most days we didn’t see more than ten people on miles of beach. ”

“Our trip was in February 2025: The weather was sunny with highs around 78 and a slight breeze... perfect! The Villa was very clean and orderly. The king bed was comfortable. The neighborhood was quaint and well kept. The laundry area was immaculate and the General Manager, Shantell, was so kind and helpful. The Villa is literally right next to the pool but you wouldn't know it because they have the sidewalks and shrubbery designed in a way for excellent privacy. To get to the white sand beach,……

“Wonderful place to get away from it all and relax. Direct view of the ocean from the living room, very short walk to the lovely beach, pool was great too. Place is decorated nicely, has lovely vaulted ceilings, well stocked with kitchen goods, bedding/pillows, and even a wide variety of puzzles. Fast and courteous communication with the owner.”
