"What a wonderful experience! The room was beautiful and well appointed with its own balcony overlooking the courtyard. The location was perfect. I stayed at this property for two weeks (one for vacation and one for work) and was very comfortable for the duration of my stay. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. "Location was perfect in Palermo is a small hotel but room are spacious. The hotel Staff from the moment we arrived did everything in their power to make us feel comfortable and at home specially the guy in the mornings ( can’t remember his name) he assisted with a list of places and when asked a question was ready to answer and even show you the way. We received our room at 9:00am even though check in was at 3:00 perfect after a 9 hour flight. Highly recommend."
