They are very friendly, caring and giving me a warm hospitality. The room is clean, excellent choices of breakfast, Location of hotel is great, near many good restaurants, pharmacy stores, clinic. "Room was very clean. Sheets were CHANGED every day not just folded back into place. AC works perfect. Wifi no issues 50mb/s. Very impressed with the quality of the hotel, only negative would be thin walls but it’s not a big deal. Outside of the hotel - the beach is about a 25 minute walk away, other than that there isn’t much to do in that area, i’d say that’s the only negative. Overall the hotel is very good quality, very clean."

"I loved this hotel! From start to finish we received excellent service. The moment we checked in they offered us a free upgraded room which was awesome after such a stressful day of traveling. The breakfast was decent with lots of options. The Italian restaurant was good! I wish they would make their drinks a little stronger at the bar. The hotel is super close to Patong beach and they have long tail boats that will take you to Freedom Beach which is considered the one of the nicest beaches in Phuket. It was also convenient to lots of bars and restaurant. Would definitely stay here again! "
