“The pool looked like a swamp for my entire stay, she told us it was clean but there were days and days where you could see the mosquito eggs floating on the top, dead bugs and plant matter, you couldn’t even see the bottom. I rented this room to relax and sit by the pool and enjoy a clean beach. The beach beds were literally covered in a mountain of sand and the area had a bad smell. One day I was sucking it up I saw one of the staff drag the mattress out of the beach area so she could sun……
