"The house was very clean and spacious for our group of 3\. Our contact was courteous. The house location was great for Bell Smith Spring Trails. It’s not too far from the Garden of the rocks and the Rim Rock Trail. There was a small restaurant nearby in case travelers don’t want to cook. "

"What you see online is not what one gets in reality. The carpet was absolutely filthy...i wouldn't walk barefoot. The walls were filthy with patched areas unpainted. The beds were a top matress on dimensional lumber.the bathroom had black mold in shower and shower curtain. One towel was stained and nasty. Doors haven't a dead bolt. This room was absolutely not worth the price....emergency services woke me at 630am looking for a reported overdose as well."
