I was trying to contact this property to let them know that I will reach after 1:00AM which is after their check-in times. As per their policy, check in times end at 1:00AM and if arrival is after 1:00AM, guests needs to call and inform. I tried to do that. Their phone number listed never worked. Then I called Expedia through which I made this reservation, hoping they could help. At the same time, I also called Hamptons 1-800 number too. Both of them tried to help out but had a lot of difficulty reaching anyone at this property. I was on the phone for almost 2 hours. Finally, Expedia agent told me that they sent an email to the property about this late arrival. If anyone wants to stay at this property, make sure the property could be reached in case of emergency otherwise you can expect the trouble I went through. Rooms and property is generally good. Atleast, if they have a second number to reach would have been helpful.

First (and last) attempt to stay at a Hampton
Non-working phone (to the hotel!, not the room. I can't speak to the rooms, as we never got checked in). I confirmed our reservation three times before i walked into the lobby on July 24, only to be told they could not find me in the system. Confirmed on the day I made the reservation, at their customer service toll free number, and wirh the manager directly, as he reponded to my email about my need to confirm again, despite the hotel phone not working. All I have to say is, there better not be a charge on my credit card because of a no show!
