“Right from our arrival the staff took care of us. Buffet closed at 10pm and we arrived at 945. They took us to the buffet and told us not to worry, our bags would be in our room.
As the week went on we enjoyed the amenities of the hotel. Lots of great activities to do at the resort including local drink making, art, yoga, tai chi, meditation, exercise classes, tile decorating.
Food was outstanding. Never been to a resort where the food was so good. Al a carte options were awesome. Buffet was……

“The water button in the shower room had poor contact; in addition, during the stay, the service staff used the master key to enter the room without knocking, which frightened the roommates. “From the very first welcome, the staff were incredibly friendly. The hotel breakfast was also delicious. It rained frequently during our stay, and the hotel thoughtfully placed many large umbrellas on the first floor for guests to use. It was such a considerate gesture. Sitting by the floor-to-ceiling windows and enjoying the view while it rained was a wonderful experience as well.”

“Don’t stay here. The room is extremely small with NO fridge. And we stayed here for 7 days.
They said they’ll change the sheet on the third day, guess what, they didn’t although I specifically told the receptionist. The stain on the comforter is always there until I put the changing card under the stain and they changed it the last night before we left lol. And the bed sheet and pillow case are still unchanged with our hairs on. Shame.
Breakfast is a joke, every morning is the same. EXACTLY……
