"It’s a lovely palace but the bathroom toilet was not working properly. The first night we woke up to a pool of cold water. The hot water was minimal. You had to rush showering before the water went on the colder side. The bathroom was not well kept. We had requested a heater as the room was very cold. The area the hotel is in is dreadful. "

"Property is good for only staying in resort. If you want to explore Udaipur then look at some other place. You have to reach to the resort before the sunset as the way to resort is very silent and non crowded. Not suggesting for couples it’s only for group and suggesting for boys group."

"The staff and manager are couldn't be more helpful. Very kind and considerate people who looked after us well when we fell ill after eating out elsewhere. They personally escorted us to the local clinic and stayed with us until we were seen and brought us back. They sent staff out fetch medicines and particular foods we wanted when well. The hotel is in great condition and we couldn't rate it better."

"They lied and told us that they did not receive payment from Expedia. We faced a lot of inconvenience and had to find another stay which wasted almost an entire day of ours. Comfort inn seemed very greedy for money and seemed like they sold our booking to someone else for more money. And front end staff and manager very very unhelpful. "
