"We went to this hotel to try it, its very clean, rooms are large, 4 restaurants, coffee shop, icecream shop. 2 pools one heated, a good gym, a lovely spa i had a good massage. loads of seating areas, all the staff are very nice and helpful, reception fast check - in we were early but they gave us our rooms, our friends had a free upgrade, mini bar first day free, water and kettles in room. We enjoyed it and will return. "

"It was awesome experience started with receptionists staff by completing check in process while have a seat and drink welcoming drink.The hotel almost new opened and has diving center which luckily close to ‘ marsa mubark’ one of the famous spot dive in marsa alam . The food was incredible with multi varieties."

"Nice hotel but should of done my due dillegence ,nothing outside the hotel in the form of restaurants/ bars ,started out on bed & breakfast and then went to half board due to the above .The beaches either side of the hotel were like building sites and tried walking as far as we could go but were limited due to other hotels and security . "The staff at the hotel were really friendly and caring. They served us well and were always there to help with anything we needed. I’d definitely recommend this place if you’re going to Hurghada. The all-inclusive experience was great, with plenty of pools and beaches to choose from."

"Amazing location, with stunning views, issue with noise as they decided to build every other day a stage for weddings which makes it noisy to build and dismantle for each wedding on top of the wedding noise. Having said that, I complained to the hotel and to hotels.com, the general manager offered us compensation and another room for the last night away from the wedding noise, though hotels.com did not do anything rather than log a ticket "
