“Este es un hotel sobrevalorado los cuartos son pequeños el buffet de desayuno muy regular además estaba frío , las zonas comunes solo tienen un pequeño gym y un jacuzzi pequeño también , no digo que sea un mal hotel solo que por el precio te puedes quedar en un hotel mucho mejor”

“The hot tub smelled rotten, the water was clearly not cleaned. Once we checked in we realized the staff left the property for a couple of hours - the desk is not always staffed, so there is truly no security. The room was not clean and there is was no hot water in the shower. When we told the property we wanted to leave, they just told us to pay them and offered no resolution for our complaints. We did not stay either night we had booked here, we found alternative lodging that was nicer for……

I contacted Expedia, and they called the place, but they did not honor Expedia's price for the second person and ended charging me morethan expedia price . Breakfast the first day was old and ; the second day was better but served the same thing. The arepas were chewy and cold no rome service i would not recomend this plase ”
