"The staff were very good. Welcoming and helpful. The room was clean and pleasant. Due to renovations the restaurant had moved to a room normally used for events. The meal was outstanding and service wonderfull. Would happily return just for the cuisine. Will look forward to comkng back after the restaurent is ready."

"The hotel staff were very helpful but while the bedding and linen was very nice the room needs a good clean and dusting. We always check the room for our belongings before leaving, always check nothing has fallen under the bed. It made me sick to see the dirtiness and dust under the bed."

"This place is beautiful, rooms are spacious and comfortable and in pristine condition. I slept perfectly. They also offer local wines, or beer and soft drinks, for easy purchase from the bar area. The owner is delightful and will handle any local activities including wine tasting, if of interest. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!"

"Nice reception and breakfast areas, but room dated and worn, with mould on windows. More often than not only cold water in shower. Could really need a renovation. Breakfast fine, but perhaps a bit overpriced for what you get. Staff polite and friendly, but not overly helpful. Location in Fleurie is excellent. If rooms were properly renovated, this would be a good choice. "

"Er was geen mogelijkheid om in te checken. We kwamen aan in het donker zo rond 19.30 uur. De receptie was dicht, terwijl deze open behoorde te zijn volgens onze papieren. Buiten aan de weg vonden we een apparaat waarmee we een poging hebben gedaan om in te checken. Tot een aantal keren toe.....tevergeefs. Error... Tot slot hebben we aangeklopt op een kamerdeur en spraken we een man die ons gelukkig kon helpen door vele telefoontjes te plegen. Uiteindelijk konden we na een lange tijd en veel...

"The property was lovely and as shown on the website. The village is in a great location to visit this region and we took advantage of this by visiting lots of other villages, towns and vineyards. We also went to Annecy which is within 2 hours drive. Would recommend to those wanting a relaxing time in a quiet location. Patricia was the perfect host."
