“I expected more given the price”

“Location was perfect. Clean rooms and staffs are great. The fingerprint registration for security needs improvement.”

“Bring your own wash cloths. There are mice outside running on the property so get used to that. Staff was friendly. The cleaning crew will open the door after a soft knock so be prepared. They change sheets mon, wed, friday. I would not stay here again but it may be a place for others to stay. The mall is within walking distance. That's a plus. Decent neighborhood. ”

“It was nice to have the space at Villa Moyal, but with everything around you surrounded by high fences, razor & electric wire, I was not excited to walk at night. I would have rather stayed a few blocks away, closer to the restaurants and shops of Melrose Arch. ”

“Great stay, no complaints about the lodging. Location was great but I would avoid the restaurant as I found it to be overpriced and the food was unimpressive. In addition the waitress who attended our table was pushy and demanded a tip. I found that to be off putting.”
