“It’s a beautiful hotel and breakfast was amazing.
But the staff was racist. When I checked in, the girl at the counter charged me 500€ for deposit just because I am Asian! On the website of hotels.com said deposit 50€! And when I checked out, another male staff asked me why do I paid 500€ for deposit!!!??? Overall it’s a beautiful hotel but I can’t believe this happened to me and I am only hoping now that I can get my deposit back!!! I could have argued with the girl but I don’t want this stupid……

“I have comment their check in was cold and no welcoming.
The Hotel Executive asistant manager acknowledged my comment and send me a card however come with a set of amenities as same as the welcome amenities. Can see how robotic and service without heart.
Club lounge very nice, specially those serve attitude are different. F&B staff， housekeeping and concierge great hospitality but not front desk.”

“Before I mention the bad, let me say that the breakfast and location are good. We stayed at this location for 3 nights. Found out after the first night that room AC was not working. Was a scorching 30+ celsius outside and inside temp would not drop below 27 celsius. Informed staff on 3 occasions about the AC not working in the room. They sent people up twice and claimed it was just the settings that were off on the thermostat. Settings were NOT wrong. Please verify the AC unit itself……
