“Once again, an exceptional stay at this property which is our preferred location when visiting family in the Toccoa area, so much so that we now plan our trips here around availability of this house. Upon arrival, we were greeted with an already nicely cooled house -- very welcome on a hot July day in Georgia and going above and beyond the typical arrival experience of other places where we often have to turn down the thermostat and wait for the place to get comfortable. That's just one example……

“This property is beautiful and the house met all of our expectations. Indoor and outdoor activities were very entertaining for our group and the cooking facilities were top notch. Our host kept us posted. Easy check in and out.”

“Very clean with various stay over amenities. It was mentioned prior to our stay that the circular staircase was steep and narrow, it was, so only I went up to the loft, carefully. For younger people it would be okay. Other than the steep property and stairs it was very comfortable though a bit off the beaten path for an overnight stay traveling south over a period of days.”

“This was our family vacation over Labor Day weekend. We were so happy with the beautiful, lakefront house. All the amenities were fantastic. The guys had fun fishing from the dock, while the girls enjoyed the sundeck! Our host stayed in touch and explained everything great! The kitchen had all the things needed to enjoy many family meals together! The beds were all comfy and plenty of space for everybody to spread out whether it was inside playing games or outside grilling burgers on the gas……

“My wife and I enjoyed our stay here. 10/10 experience.”

“Very clean, spacious and comfortable. Easy parking right in front of our unit.”
