“Breakfast was so bad”

“Staff took extra time to have conversations with the guests...and really made time for my son. The property was very well kept, clean, and tidy. If there was one thing I would change itnis the pillows on the bed. Next time I will remember to bring my own”

“I double booked by mistake. The staff helped me a lot to talk to online website booking portal. Finally solved the problem.”

“The hot tub was excellent. Swimming pool was small, can not accommodate group of people at one time. It is suitable only for kids. The breakfast was enjoyable. We liked the reception staff.”

“Overall the stay was okay! Though the property is conveniently located to many nearby attractions it isn’t well maintained specifically the rooms. The carpets were very dirty and the bed sheets weren’t clean enough. I refrained my kids from sitting on the carpets, I could see dust accumulated on it. I understand the property is renovated but it’s only the dining area and not the rooms. The air conditioning was extremely loud in the room we stayed in.”

“It's a great place for road trips and a joyful experience with campus life. Why I am say with that it's caused here is for student life residence can experience the different life and touch how the student living right here. ”

“For the price it was decent sized the room compared to a hotel, staff were friendly and helpful.”

“Breakfast menu fresh. Kitchen cookware, dishes and utensils adequate. Could have used a strainer though, none on hand. For rinsing pasta or berries etc.”

“We had booked our hotel 3 weeks in advance, Upon arrival the receptionist let us know that our booking was cancelled about 2 weeks ago because of a fire, However we were not informed, No emails or calls. We had a hectic travel and then were left with no place to stay. The receptionist was not helpful. She said that expedia was supposed to inform us but on expedia it still showed that our hotel reservation was active. We went through so much stress during this time. Not only had to pay double……
