“Lovely cottage near Saxmundham! Very cozy and plenty of space. We enjoyed the large tv, and off street parking. ”

“Lovely old cottage and we had a great time. There are a few things guests should be aware of. We didn't realise the opening to the bedroom upstairs was only 4 feet 2 height until after booking. We managed but others might not especially if you need to get up in the night- bathroom is downstairs. As 2 guests have to sleep in the annexe 2 keys to the main front door should be provided rather than having to wait for people in main house to get up. Annexe needs a WiFi booster. Plus a small welcome……

“It was brilliant the only down side is the state of the mattresses and the weirdly raised water waste pipe in the shower room that my child kept hurting himself on. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay, and my teenager loved that there was cool mirrors with a touch screen light ”
