"Fantastic location, but disappointing in so many other ways. First of all there was no booking when we arrived and when it was eventually sorted it was made clear the management thought we had not paid enough through the booking agent we had used. We stayed for 7 nights and the room was never cleaned, not even once. There was a regular smell of sewage from the bathroom and the room was very tired. The meal we ordered one night was of such a small portion that we subsequently had to order...

"Hotel is good value for a short stay. Pool is a welcomed addition. Breakfasts are decent (coffee is instant!). Room was cleaned during our 3 night stay. We had no issues with AC and hot water throughout our stay. Our friend had a question and had to wait over a day to be able to find the owner. Alley across the street brings directly to the beach. "

"This hotel has basic amenities and it's proximity to the beach is wonderful. The service is exceptional and the people who work there are so wonderful. This is not a luxurious hotel by any means, but would I stay here again, yes I would. Basic comforts were provided, including a mosquito net over the bed and a mosquito repellant plug in (much needed for the third friend who didn't have a mosquito net over her single bed). "Lovely hotel was being repainted as we stayed just out of season. The pool and restaurant were great and the staff were very helpful. Be aware the hotel is a little remote from anything else out of season and there no real entertainment around out of season, however the area looks like it would be lively in the season but please note the hotel is still a fair walk to the next bar or hotel and 20 mins to the main strip so tuk tuk will be required "
