“This was a very nice new construction home for my wife and I. The home was very neat, clean and well stocked for a rental with all the basics. The one thing that we suspected from the pictures was confirmed when we arrive; this is a studio layout. By that I mean the one bed is located in the living room and open to kitchen and front foyer. For a couple, this should be good. For a family of 4 or more looking for a little more defined sleeping areas, this might not work. Only other thing I will……

“A magical spot--just a little gem. Well-stocked, well-decorated, very private yet easy to get to. Many, many thoughtful touches: two different coffee makers, a drawer stocked with mini bottles of shampoo, tons of clean towels. Wonderful general store is about five minutes away. Add to this the patience and forebearance of the host when I first got lost and next couldn't figure out how to get in! Both problems are due to my own ineptitude, but Adam couldn't have been nicer. “Home is split nicely with bedrooms at one end, communal and rec rooms at other. My bed was fine, but I understand there was some discomfort with 2 other beds. There were only 5 of us, and 8 or 9 beds, so they just switched beds and all was good. Easy location to walk to town - 5 minutes to Logan's, Mountain Market and Charlie Johns. In summer I imagine it would be 10 minutes to town beach. Lots of heat dials to customize to each individual preference. Back porch was nice. Spent a bunch of time……
