“Expérience malheureusement décevante. L’accueil a été assez désorganisé, avec des chambres encore en attente de nettoyage à 16h. L’hôtel ne disposait pas de climatisation, sans que cela nous soit signalé avant notre arrivée, ce qui a rendu le séjour très inconfortable avec la chaleur. Autre point important : l’établissement était présenté comme un 4 étoiles sur le site de réservation, alors qu’il est en réalité classé 3 étoiles depuis un certain temps. C’est un écart important qui influence……

“Absolument rien à dire sur la propreté de la chambre, les équipements, le personnel. Tout était parfait. Dommage par ailleurs qu'il n'y ait pas la climatisation dans la chambre. Nous avons eu très chaud. Et grosse déception sur le petit déjeuner où tous les produits sont industriels alors qu'il y a assez de producteurs locaux pour proposer des confitures, miels, yaourts, fromages... de la région ainsi que du pain frais ”

“A wonderful, historic property. Exposed beams, lovely garden. A stand up shower would have elevated the room (petit Louvre) from good+ to excellent. Allowances made to allow for historical preservation. ”

“Parking was on the street. Self checking can be intimidating for some. Not being welcome by real people is not so nice I think. Other similar hotels had very nice and welcoming staff. ”

“We have 2 wonderful days in Troyes. - The house: a new construction woods, very beautiful floor height. - The breakfast: home made confiture, “citron vert & tomate vert “ is my favorite one. - The beds: very confortable and super clean. - The spa and sauna: it is the perfect choice after a long day of the shopping. “Clean and decent room for a short stay. Nice to have your little kitchen. The staff is helpful. What surprised me was there were office hours for the reception. When I got there, I had to unlock a key box to check. Unfortunately, the staff sent me the wrong passcode and I got stuck in the lobby for half an hour. ”
