"Advertised pool, gym, and exercise classes DO NOT exist. Property is not in a convenient location. I was stuck in my room with no facilities to use while my partner was at work. You โWotifโ refused to help even though the manager was helping until he saw my booking was through you. I only stayed for part of my booking and moved to a great hotel with advertised facilities that DID exist. "

"Booked a bungalow deluxe and paid for 3rd guests. Owner said expedia at her site didn't reflected it. Offer a normal room (just 3 bottles of water, no toiletries). Was too tired to talk/fight for it after a long drive, we accepted it to rest early. Disappointing, expected to stay in a proper room with bigger area.
Place run down but convenient short drive to Sam Phan Bok."
