"The staff (Oseidis?), and the owner, Marco, went above and beyond any expectation I could have held. I was not able to be with my fiancée due to immigration issues. In this time of crisis, I couldn’t have been more surprised on how they took care of my beloved. If it wasn’t by their out of the box thinking, we might had confronted harder times trying to get her back home. I will be eternally grateful towards these people."

"It was a terrible expirience. 1. The key of principal door was broken. 2. The A/C dosent work. 3. Mr Velazques dindnt gave me the key on time. I was terrible. The Villas was in bad condicion, in general. "
