"The room is very spacious, but the bathroom door and lights were broken. The receptionist changed a bulb for us but it only lasted for 30 min before it being broken again. And the receptionist was too close for comfort, entering our room on his own."

"We booked this place as the photos we had looked at on trivago were for somewhere different. When I clicked on the link to go through to hotels.com to confirm the booking, it was for the Phongsavanh resort which I unfortunately didn't realise until a day later.
We turned up & staff couldn't find our booking & so put us in a $20 room as opposed to a $40 room.
The hotel is still sbufing site and so we had to clamber across the mud, debris & dodge the uncovered deep man holes.

"Awful, do not pay up front for this hotel. They took my money for 4 rooms and then cancelled the booking the day before. They said they would refund the money less commission, even though it was their fault for the cancellation. A week later and the money has still not been returned. "
