"I love the view of the mountains outside my balcony. Also, I can see the river, the pool and dinning area from my balcony. I was lucky enough to get a glimpse of the hot air balloon, hang gliders, and the local commuting through boats from my window as well. The room was clean & the

"I treated myself to this place. My room was very nicely furnished. The resort is excellent. I really enjoyed the
breakfast. The staff at reception and in the dining room were excellent. It was a nice surprise at poolside to see the hot air balloons take to the air on the other side of the river."

"We came in around 22:00 to the hotel and the hotel staff was not so welcoming to us. Room is not so impressive, the bed was uncomfortable. This place definetely need a renovation.
Oh the pool was nice. "

"Awful, do not pay up front for this hotel. They took my money for 4 rooms and then cancelled the booking the day before. They said they would refund the money less commission, even though it was their fault for the cancellation. A week later and the money has still not been returned. "

"This hotel must have been the bees knees before the Amari was built next door. It does appear to have been left to deteriorate over the last two years of covid lockdowns, but dont let that deter you. Room had a great view and balcony, the pool was great and clean. I really hope they get the bar and restaurant up and runnibg again and dust off the sun beds (they were stacked away in a room), as this hotel has potential to return to its former glory."

Great hotel in great location
"We stayed for four nights and were upgraded to a Deluxe room which is 32m2 (same size as classic) on the ground level with pool view and outside seating area. Very comfortable king bed, small sitting area and a large bathroom. Shower is in bath, so may not suit everyone.
Pool is very refreshing. There are about 22 sun lounges and we never had a shortage during our 4 nights stay. Very serene views of the river and limestone mountains in the background make it a very relaxing place to cool off after a day out and about.
Breakfast is buffet style with egg station. Plenty of options to suit most people with different menu items each day. Fresh juices were great, never had avocado before but it was my favourite. Veth and Yurr (trainee) looked after us with great care and attention. We were never short of freshly brewed coffees, teas or water. Used plates were cleared frequently and quickly.
Overall we had a lovely stay and would have no hesitation recommending this hotel.
