"Penzion je na krásném místě s úzasným výhledem, terasou, wellness, kuchařem a personálem. Dovolenou jsme si krásně užili, personál byl velmi milý a nápomocný. Doporučil bych však hotelu vyměnit jejich rezervační/účtovací systém jelikož bude asi velmi složitý a práci personálu jen ztěžoval. Večeře nebyly nejlevnější, ale za to byly výborné. Wellness je placené, ale stojí za to. Cena by ale také mohla být příznivější. "

"Nekompetentní personál, který dopředu sděluje, že tam jeho kompetence a možnosti vám pomoct jsou omezené. Problémy s rezervačním systémem přes Trivago a Hotels.com - dostávají prý mylné informace a pak svévolně ruší pobyt, aniž by klienta kontaktovali. Tak se může stát, že budete stát s rodinou v lese před hotelem 4km od civilizace, kde není telefonní signál, bez ubytování a vzhledem k obsazenosti okolních ubytovacích kapacit bude dosti složité zajistit jiné ubytování. Pokoje čisté ,...

"Hebben hier voor twee weken geboekt. De accommodatie was prima. Klein en knus en zeker niet geschikt om hele dagen te verblijven maar een prima slaapplek en mogelijkheden om te verblijven. Er is echter een ding wat ons persoonlijk moeilijk viel, namelijk geen mogelijkheid om met de verhuurder te communiceren wat uiteindelijk echt lastig is. We hebben ons gered maar het zou zo veel fijner zijn dat je je verstaanbaar kunt maken. Tsjechie is een voordelig land en het eten en drinken is spotgoedkoop"

"Die Wohnung an sich war sehr schön. Es gab ausreichend Platz. An Sauberkeit mangelte es leider etwas und auch das Heizen hätte besser organisiert sein können. Hätten wir nicht selbst mit dem Ofen Feuer gemacht, wäre es erst nachmittags halbwegs warm gewesen. So mussten wir uns alle vorwiegend im Wohnzimmer aufhalten, um nicht kalt zu werden. Die Umgebung ist toll. Man kann viel unternehmen."
