“Cute property on a beautiful lake. My husband & I had 3 nights while our children were at camp so we stay here. We loved canoeing with our dog on the lake and seeing two loon families. The host was readily available for anything we needed. Cabin is clean & cute with two different living spaces in case you need some separation from family members, with lower level looking over the lake. There is a simple dock with a nice bench seat at the end where you can watch the lake/sunrise/sunset. We……

“Came up with a 4 year old and a 16 year old, plus wife and I. Cabin was the perfect size! There was enough privacy for the 16 year old in the loft, yet still kept him in the group. The cabin was very clean, tidy and well stocked with pots, pans, utensils, etc. and that allowed us to stay focused on fun! Great location, with a beautiful view of the lake all day! Close to the Hayward Amusement Center for our 4 year old.The hosts were prompt and courteous during our stay when we needed anything.……

“This beautiful cabin on Big Sissabagama Lake is just what we were looking for. The view of the lake from the large deck was spectacular, with small islands in the distance and clear, sparkling water. We kayaked around the islands and saw loons, geese on their nests, and an eagle in a pine treetop. The cabin was clean, comfort-able and well-appointed. Communication was great!”

“To get to the property we traveled on a gravel, but well maintained road. About 40 geese greeted us - running from the backyard to the lake! What a fun sight to see. Later we saw deer in multiple places and sat on the pier by the lake. The large lawn was freshly trimmed/ mowed. Indoor and outdoor games were available. Fully furnished kitchen and bath.The only issue we had was that the AC/heat units were not functioning due to a mechanical issue requiring a service call. They said we could bring……

“We had an amazing time! The cabin is gorgeous and well equipped for a comfortable stay. We enjoyed the lake and using the canoes! The water is so clear and was very refreshing. Mike was a great host and responded quickly when an issue arose so that it didn’t affect our stay. Would 1000% recommend and hope to one day be back!”
