The room was extremely small, and the only window in the entire room was in the bathroom, making the space feel even more cramped and closed in. Cleanliness was also a major issue. Our sheets had sand in them, and there was sand throughout the room, including all over the carpet. It honestly felt like the room had not been thoroughly cleaned before our……

“The property is beautiful, the employees are great. the pool and beach were very nice and the cottage was ok. I think it' starting to need some refurbishing ie. the air conditioners, the front room floor sounds like popcorn popping when walking on it, the rain shower head needs to go and the couch needs to be replaced.. Other than that it was fine!”

“The apartment was incredibly poorly stocked.. no dresser in the bedroom, not one hanger in the closet.. 2 fork, 2 spoons and a couple of odd knives in the kitchen.. all but one outlet in the bedroom only worked intermittently… the air conditioner is only in the living room, nothing in the bedroom and no screen on the window.. need I go on?”

“We had a wonderful stay at Pier One Hotel in Misquamicut Beach! The location is fantastic—so close to the beach and everything you want to enjoy while visiting the area.
