“We loved the location and clean facility. Room # 32 was emailed to us as an upgraded room with more charge. We got there, the room was very cold, heater worked poorly, no desk, no chair to sit on. No dun coming through. We had handicap sticker, climbing mall that stairs was very difficult. Definitely this room was not an upgrade!!!!!!!! When we first arrived the receptionist was not warm and welcoming. We asked to change room for next day. They changed it. Better toom.”

“The beach bar was being worked on with a backhoe moving sand & workers outside even on Sunday. There was only one chair, no hairdryer, no iron, no freezer in the fridge, no ice at the property & the only other guests on the property were right next to our room smoking on the balcony/ stair area with their chairs causing smoke the waft into our room. The room furnishings were nice but the mattresses was very old & soft. ”

“While the room looked like it was recently painted I was disappointed to discover it was for a handicapped person without any prior notice. I imagine it impacted the price of the room and perhaps made it cheaper but I would have paid more if I was offered a regular room without the open shower stall. I shared the room with others so I would have liked a closed stall without the water spillage. I didn’t bother asking if other rooms were available due to it being a short trip but in the future we……
