“I felt our room was a little bit rough.”

“We booked this hotel and were shocked when we got there that it has an 8.4 rating. The room smelled musty and felt damp and cold. We wanted to soak for a while in the advertised hot tub but were told it was not available. The guy at the front desk was very unprofessional and I had to go up to the front desk in a different building for questions since he would not answer the phone. When I complained, he copped an attitude! The included continental breakfast was very sparse. Even though……

“This is an older facility, but the rooms have clearly been renovated in the text past, and the interiors look considerably more modern than the exterior. The bed was a bit softer than I’d like but was reasonably comfortable. The proprietor came to the room when the TV wasn’t responding to the remote, and got it working. He also provided an extra pillow when I requested one.”

“This hotel worked perfectly for us. We came later in the day (7:30pm) and we checked in and got to our room no problem. We slept through the night and next morning we were up and out. We hope to come here again next year.”

“arrived early, was told room not ready, about an hour wait. Ok, no problem. came back 2.5 hours later, past check-in time at this point (3:30) and room still not ready. AC/heating unit not working. AC running full blast, not able to turn down or off all day/night. No other room to switch to, no maintenance person came.”
